Bengaluru, Jan 14: After participating in 'Namma Neeru Namma Hakku' Mekedatu Padayatre newly elected MLC Manjunath Bhandary met Legislative Council chairman Basavaraj Horatti in Bengaluru on Thursday January 13.
During this meeting, chairman Basavaraj Horatti suggested Manjunath Bhandary that educated person like him must actively participate in discussions during legislative council meetings.
Manjunath Bhandary had taken oath as member of the Karnataka Legislative Council at Vidhana Soudha recently. Legislative Council Chairman Basavaraj Horatti had administered the oath of office to Manjunath Bhandary in the presence of Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.
