Bengaluru, Jan 24: Continuing to aim his tweets at former chief minister of Karnataka, Siddaramaiah, H D Kumaraswamy termed him as a self-proclaimed expert on Indian constitution. He also stated that he does not feel the need to take lessons in language and culture from a person who himself is the master of lies.
He said that he had only been replying to the remarks made by Siddaramaiah deriding the JD(S). "I expect anyone who speaks out against the others, also to possess the capacity to stand by his statements. Siddaramaiah does not have that capability. I do not have the urge to speak about him unnecessarily. What culture did he represent when he called upon the people to drive away the JD(S) from Tumakuru? In a democracy how far anyone is justified in talking about driving away a party from a district? What kind of politics was he playing in making this s statement?" he wondered.
Kumaraswamy said that his father, elder brother and he had faced defeats in elections but none of them either lost their courage or shed tears for these losses. He said that Deve Gowda, who had witnessed the tears of the so called expert continues to be with him.
