Mumbai: Jan 24: Sree Narayana Guru College, Delhi, recognized by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council has started value based syllabus on Narayana Guru at Mumbai university.
In the virtual programme presided over by Mumbai university vice chancellor, professor Suhas Pednekar, state minister of the government of India, V Muraleedharan inaugurated the programme saying the study is hopeful.
Vice chancellor of Narayanaguru open university, Kerala, Dr Mubarak Pasha, director of Kerala’s Narayanaguru study center B M Sangeetha, Brahmashree Sachindananda Swamiji, Narayana Gurukulam Varkala president Guru Muirayana Prasad, AVA group Chennai managing director Dr A V Anoop, Sri Narayana Mandira Samithi Mumbai president M I Damodaran, Narayana Guru Delhi federation president V K Mohammed, Vedanti Narayana Guru Prabhidana organization president Muraleedharan P N, Mumbai university’s Dr V S Kurhade and others were present. Shivagiri math seer commended the work of the research center.
Vice chancellor, professor Ravindra Kulkarni, research center convener Dr Narayana Shanker Gadade, registrar were present in the zoom conference. Maharashtra BSNDP president Dr Harish Poojary, Pramod Karkera, advocate Saumya Poojary, Mumbai university professor and head of the department of philosophy Dr Kanchana Mahadevan Gadade, Kusuma Poojary, Akshay Poojary, Vishwanath, Bibin Shah, Sneha Kumbar, P K Balakrishnan, Mangaluru university Narayana Guru research center former director Muddu Moodubelle, Bharath bank director Suryakanth J Suvarna, Jagannath Ameen Uppala and more than 400 representatives were present.
Narayana Guru Study center director professor R D Kulkarni gave details of the study course and said a diploma course will be held for those who are interested.
The programme began after the recitation of Daiva Dashakam by Muraleedharan. Professor M N Kurade welcomed. Professor Kanchana Mahadevan rendered a vote of thanks.
