Kundapur, Jan 27: The 73rd republic day programme was held at Shubhada English medium school, Kirimanjeshwar, Kundapur run by Mumbai based entrepreneur Dr N K Billava. Shubhada education trust Navunda member R K Billava paid floral tributes to the picture of Dr B R Ambedkar and unfurled the national flag.

Headmaster Ravidas Shetty said that the constitution has an important position in democracy and it is our duty as citizens to respect it.

Teacher Raghavendra Billava spoke on the importance of the Republic day, the sacrifice of Dr B R Ambedkar and the constitution.

Teaching and non teaching staff and students will present. Teacher Ambika welcomed. Teacher Gayatri compered the programme. Teacher Ambika Poojary rendered a vote of thanks. Sweets were distributed to students in the end.
