Sullia, Feb 2: Covid-related restrictions placed on Lord Subrahmanya temple at Subrahmanya in the taluk have been lifted. The temple has been allowed to perform all religious services which were suspended earlier.

The government had earlier ordered the temple administration to stop offering services at the temple because of the health risks posed by the coming together of large crowds. Now that the coronavirus cases have registered a marked decline, the government has permitted offering of various services to the deities concerned and to pay obeisance.
