Madikeri, Dec 25: The state government has destroyed the spirit of the local bodies and the voters are sure to shock the BJP for the treatment meted out, said Mysore MP AH Vishwanath.
He was addressing presspersons here on Friday December 24. The party was indulged money and muscle power in the earlier election, but now the same would not come to their rescue. The party seems to be on a drive to harm constitutionsl institutions, he observed.
He further said that Congress would resort to “Lancha hatao” (eradicate corruption) instead of the “Governor hatao” (remove the Governor) and also exuded confidence of a win for Congress in Coorg ZP.
