Udupi, Dec 28: A person named Ramachandra Ganiga (38) from Pitrody here, who managed a hotel in Kalikamba Compex, Ambalpady here, committed suicide by hanging himself on Monday December 27.
He chose the deserted first floor of the complex to hang himself through an iron hook of the roof, by using a nylon rope.
Reportedly, Ganiga was frustrated by the nagging pain in his ear, which refused to go even after various kinds of treatments since about a year.
