Udupi, Feb 12: “I will not rest until Congress wins the Constituency Assembly election. The government is busy in corruption and no developments are taking up in the state. According to an intelligence report, BJP will be defeated in the upcoming local body election. BJP is in the fear of losing its power. However, he said the legislative elections in 2023 cannot be postponed" said M D Lakshminarayan, president, Congress Backward Class, state committee on Saturday, February 12 at Congress Bhavan, Brahmagiri here.
