Todywalla Classical Indian Art Auction Preview at the Habitat Center

New Delhi, Feb 13 (IANSlife): Todywalla Auctions, the well-known auctioneers of coins and paper money based in Mumbai, are making their first foray into Classical Indian Art. An auction of Indian miniature paintings, bronze and stone sculptures, and wood works will be held.

The auction preview has travelled to Delhi and is on display at the Habitat Center from the 10th to the 12th of February, with a talk by renowned art historian Dr Alka Pandez.

The auction is scheduled for February 25th, 2022, at the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai.

Todywalla Auctions has conducted numerous coin auctions in Delhi and throughout the country over the last two decades. With this knowledge, they have ventured into the Indian antiquity space, curating a well-rounded body of works showcasing paintings from the Pahari, Rajasthani, Deccani, and East India Company schools. Indian sculptures ranging from the Solanki period to the Pala period to Deccani Mukhalingas. Featuring several category highlights.
