Mumbai: Dr Narahalli Prathistana award conferred on Dr G N Upadhya

Mumbai, Feb 7: Dr Narahalli Prathistana, Mysuru association Mumbai and Kannada Janashakthi Kendra held a joint programme at Mysuru association auditorium zoom platform to present the 8th annual Dr Narahalli Prathistana award. Supreme court retired justice B N Srikrishna, chief guest presented the award to Mumbai university head of the department of Kannada, Dr G N Upadhya.

Narahalli prathistana president Dr H S Venkateshamurthy presided over the programme. Dr Narahalli Balasubrahmanya, Rajani Balasubrahmanya, Mysuru association trustees Dr Manjujnath, K Manjunathayya, Abu Dhabi based Sarvotham Shetty, Ravi Shetty Qatar, Prema Upadhya, poet Shantarama Shetty, Petri Vishwanath Shetty, Dr Dinesh Shetty Renjala, artists Surendra Kumar Marnad, Lathesh Poojary and art fans were present. I Lesa team provided technical assistance.

Dr Narahalli prathistana secretary Dr Anandarama Upadhya welcomed and gave a speech of congratulations. Preeti S Reddy sang the welcome song. Mumbai university Kannada department co professor Dr Poornima Sudhaker Shetty compered the programme. Mysuru association secretary Dr Ganapathi Shankeralinga rendered vote of thanks.
