Mumbai University Kannada department holds face to face conversation with Sarvothama Shetty

Mumbai, Feb 16: Mumbai University Kannada department held a special face to face programme with Karnataka Rajyotsava awardee, non resident Indian businessman and organizer in Abu Dhabi Sarvotham Shetty on Monday afternoon, February 14.

He explained the way he grew up, took part in various arts since his college days and conducted social work.

I Lesa the Voice of Ocean team Mumbai organizer Suri Marnad took part in the conversation and shared his knowledge about the activities of Sarvotham Shetty and I Lesa the Voice of Ocean organization.

Mumbai University Head of the department of Kannada, Professor Dr G N Upadhya presided over the programme.

Kannada department research assistant Kala Bhagwath sang a welcome song. Kannada department co professor Dr Poornima Sudhaker Shetty welcomed the guests and compered the programme. Artist Mohan Marnad and students were present.
