Kiev, Feb 24 (IANS): Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Thursday that Kiev has decided to sever diplomatic relations with Moscow after Russia launched military operations in Donbas, Xinhua reported citing the government-run Ukrinform news agency.
