Udupi, Jan 11: Western Institute Technology Quiz Time – 2011, a state level quiz competition for the students of NSS units of pre-university colleges, will be held under the aegis of SMS Pre-University College, Brahmavar and Western Institute of Technology in the former's campus, here on Monday January 17.
The event has been sponsored by state department of Pre-University College – NSS unit.
Over 120 students from 31 districts across the state will participate.
The winners will be presented with cash award and a citation letter each. The winner will be awarded with a cash prize of Rs 3,000 while the runner-up will get Rs 2,000 and the second runner-up will take home Rs 1,000.
