Sheer arrogance by the car driver. No one has the right to assault anyone at the time when accidents happen or if a person is not able to overtake. This is like taking law in ones own hands over-riding the Indian police force. Indian people have to learn a lot from the gulf police on respect and obeying to traffic rules. Getting a driving licence, in G ulf, is not a cakewalk as in India. Hope the law takes severe action on the car driver.
