Bantwal, Mar 12: “Karnataka state government has created history by planning to deliver the documents of farmers to their respective residences. Lacs of farmers in the state will benefit by it,” said MP Nalin Kumar Kateel.

He was speaking after setting in motion the prestigious scheme of minister of revenue R Ashok after delivering the RTC, caste certificate, income certificate and the map to Ammunja resident, Nonayya Moolya, in the presence of Bantwal MLA Rajesh Naik.

“This programme is of wiping the tears and sweat of farmers that has come out by the aspirations of chief minister Basavaraj Bommai and revenue minister R Ashok. It will be completed within the next four months,” he said.

Bantwal MLA Rajesh Naik, tahsildar Rashmi S R, gram panchayat president Vaman Acharya, vice president Pramila, panchayat members Ravi Suvarna, Karthik Ballal, Leelavati, Laxmi, Ronald D’Souza, Baghirathi, Radhakrishna Tantri, Shirasthedar Narendranath Mithuru, revenue inspector Vijay, village accountant Prashanth, assistant Roopesh, Venkatesh Navada, Nandarama Rai, Ganesh Rai Mani, Ramanath Rai, Yashodhara Karbettu, Yashwanth Polali, Sukesh Chowta and Purushotham Shetty Vamadapadav were present.
