Mangaluru: Anusha Raj shining in Kannada, Tulu film industry

Mangaluru, Mar 21: Young promising actress Anusha Raj who hails from Mangaluru is looking forward to shine in Kannada and Tulu film industry. She stepped into the film industry through Kannada film 'Kedav' directed by Pradeep Nayak.

Anusha Raj was born and brought up in Mangaluru. She is the daughter of M G Raj Mohan and Sunitha Raj. She has studied at St Agnes College, while she has done her Bpharm from Nitte and M Pharm from JSS Medical College. Presently, she is a pharma professional working in Glaxo Smith Kline(gsk) company in Bengaluru.

Anusha Raj before getting into movies, participated in modeling shows and won Miss Tulunadu 2020 first runner up. She has shot several tamil web series and Amara Kannada album song. She has also featured in ads like Tanishq, Madhu silks, saloon guru app, shudh herbal products as model for the brands. She has on her list an upcoming a malayalam movie.

Speaking to daijiworld Anusha said, "I do not have a role model for stardom as such. I am a person who goes with the flow with a certain goal to achieve. I keep working hard and look for opportunities as I believe that we have to go in search of opportunities untill we achieve what we want. My parents and my family have always supported me."

"I am a trained bharathanatyam dancer and I love travelling." she added.

Anusha Raj is currently working on her ongoing projects - Gaala in Tulu, Kannada Film Sugar factory (Character role).
