Mangaluru, Apr 23: Cyber Law and Security Expert and motivational speaker Dr Ananth G Prabhu virtually launched Pranaam Builders’ new project ‘Mandara Excellency’, which will come up at Urwa Store here.
The launching ceremony took place at The Ocean Pearl on on Saturday April 23.
After launching the project, Ananth Prabhu who addressed the gathering said, "Facilities offered in Mandara Excellency are not only world class but also futuristic. Some unique amenities provided in the apartment are really futuristic and built with far vision."

Principal architect and engineer for the project Suresh Pai of Nayak and Pai Associates, principal structural consultant for the project Anand Bhat of Design Associates and land owner Orwin Noronha were present.
Suresh Pai also released the brochure of the much-awaited project.
Subash Nayak and Sandeep Kundar were also present.
