May his soul rest in peace. Here it is not clear who was the cause of accident.Heartfelt sympathy to the family .Hope father will survive and recovers early.A tragody.Ithink in future passengers sitting in rickshaw must fasten the security belts. Many a times tempos are main cause of accdents. They simply fly in air ,neglecting road rules .
