Mangaluru: II PUC student falls to death from building trying to fetch cricket ball

Mangaluru, May 5: A II PUC student had a fall from the fourth floor of a hostel building and died in Kottarachowki under the Kavooru Police station limits on Wednesday May 4.

The deceased is identified as Pranav S Mundaas (18), who is a resident of Vijayapura. He had gone to the fourth floor of the building to fetch the cricket ball when the incident occurred.

Pranav was studying II PUC at a private residential college at Kottara Chowki.

The incident happened when the students were playing cricket and the cricket ball fell on the sheet of the roof on the fourth floor of the building and remained there. In his effort to take the ball out, Pranav broke the sheet and came down the building tumbling resulting in serious injury. Despite the effort made to take him to hospital for treatment, he died.

    what an ill fate is this ? such a lose of precious life. My sympathies are with the parents of the child. No words can solace them and they . saying so I quote from JOHN 3:16 - " For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.''
