Kundapur, May 8: No one is bothered about the animals that die after they come under the wheels of running vehicles. However, Dinesh Ganiga of Kota is a good samaritan who gives a decent burial to such animals for which he has been widely appreciated.

Dinesh runs to the spot where any animal or bird is dead in an accident, whether be it on a highway or any other road. He then buries their mortal remains under the mud.

Dinesh’s video of burying a dog which died near the highway at Thekkatte has gone viral on social media. He also does this work in various parts of the state besides carrying them out in other states wherever he is present.

Dinesh Ganiga is the secretary of the human rights state committee. In addition, he is an international athlete who has bagged gold, silver and bronze medals. He has given employment to hundreds of people by establishing Udyama Ranga. He used to work as a newspaper distributor in the beginning. Now he has achieved a lot in different fields.
