Kuwait, Feb 22: Reginaldo Lourenco has been invited as the chief guest for the annual 15th edition of 7-a-side football tournament at the Ministry of Health (MOH) Grounds, Shuwaikh commencing at 7 am, here on Friday, February, 25.

The chief guest is specially invited from the village of Curtorim, Salcette district, to grace the occasion from Goa, Alexio Reginaldo Lourenco, Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA), Curtorim constituency and chairman, public planning development authority (North Goa).

The tournament is organized under the auspices of KIFF. The prominent personality among the Indian community in Kuwait, social worker, Carmo Santos, chairman of Goan Cultural Centre and convenor of the 2010 Global Goans Convention, will be the special invitee.

The matches will be officiated by KIFF Referees.
