Davangere's Avinash with 24 others clear UPSC exam from Karnataka

Bengaluru, May 30: Avinash V, a student of Davangere has cleared the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exams held in 2021 in his first attempt by securing an all-India rank of 31.

The results of the UPSC were announced on Monday, May 30 and as many as 685 students have cleared the exams this time of which 25 are from Karnataka.

Benaka Prasad from Chitradurga secured rank 92 and Nikhil Basavaraj Patil from Vijayapura has bagged an all-India rank of 139. While Apporva Das secured rank 191 and Rajesh Ponnappa scored rank 222, Kalpashree got an all-India rank of 291.

Also, Meghana K T scored rank 425 and Ravinandan B M secured rank 455 were some of the candidates from Karnataka.
