Mangaluru: Abusing police personnel during SDPI event – Six more arrested

Mangaluru, Jun 1: Six more were arrested in connection to the police personnel’s abuse incident during SDPI event. The incident took place on May 27.

The arrested are identified as Safwan (26) from Gurpur, who recorded the video and made it viral, Abdul Salam (23) from Gurpur working as an auto driver, Mohammed Hunaiz (23) from Suralpady working as a mason, Mohammed Sahil (23) from Gurpur working as a bus driver, Mohammed Falah (20) from Gurpur working as an auto driver, and Abdul Latif (31) from Inoli working in a bakery in Mysuru.

The total arrests in the case have risen to 15. Earlier, 9 were arrested in the same case. A video of a group of youths abusing cops had gone viral on social media after which police made the arrests.

    To arrest one person it is difficult, after arresting one of the fifteen the truth and whereabouts of others will be known. Even the acid case in Bangalore it took some time to arrest one person from TN.

    How they could arrest so many within a short period ??? They could not do so in the case of acid attacker fake seer and that lawyer who raped intern and threatened and also kailasa Nityananda swamy...How ??....Minorities ke poore family details home ministry dept me record he kya ?     that shows the hatred towards a particular community...in the first place there is doubt whether the incident actually happened or just made up by the khakis....cannot trust anything these days...the moment you belong to minority your voice is suppressed..

    We dont say we are minorities....Govt only divided us into majority and minorities....its not Kujumaji divides society. Its our dear beloved politicians divide us and create communal disharmony....Kujuma is not running the govt nor he is representative of any party. Any doubts please clarify with the govt officials regarding minority and majority......we dont want to be called as minorities
