RIP bro! Appears to be pure negligence on either side's part to have landed in a head on collision on a clear highway road in broad daylight; looking at the cars mangled remnants shows at what speed the collision would have occurred! With due respect to the deceased, it was not right and safe on his part to carry such a big amount in cash! The cash might have been flicked by someone who did the rescue operation; it was a bonanza for them in a critically injured victims situation! Hope that the culprits are identified and the cash recovered!
