Chennai, Jun 8 (IANS): Filmmaker Sanjay Bharathi, the son of well-known actor and director Santhana Bharathi, has thanked Kamal Haasan and director Lokesh Kanakaraj for having made his dad a part of the recently released action entertainer 'Vikram'.

Taking to Twitter, Sanjay Bharathi, who is a writer, producer and filmmaker himself, wrote, "A big thank you sir Kamal Haasan and brother Lokesh Kanakaraj for giving my dad an opportunity to act in 'Vikram'.

"No words to express this feeling and huge congratulations on the box office success. Thank you RKFI and the whole team. God bless."

Sanjay Bharathi also reacted to news of Kamal Haasan giving the assistant directors of the film a bike each.

He tweeted, "So good to see this."

Santhana Bharathi, a well known director who has made several hit films with Kamal Haasan, has also acted in several films of Kamal including 'Michael Madana Kama Rajan' and the critically acclaimed 'Anbe Sivam'.
