Kundapur: 'Unleash your Potential' co-scholastic, co-curricular activities inaugurated

Kundapur, Jun 20: Under the theme 'Unleash your Potential', an annual co-scholastic and co-curricular activities event was inaugurated at the Don Bosco School, Trasi on Friday, June 17.

Celebrated singer Ashok Sarang, who has sung with the likes of legendary Kannada lyricist and singer Hamsalekha and S Janaki was the inaugurator and chief guest.

With the rendition of two melodious songs, he mesmerized the students and teachers alike. In his message, he said that in his younger days he didn't have the opportunity to learn music or other skills. "You are really lucky to learn music from such talented trainers," he added. He encouraged the students to work hard and never give up.

Present on the occasion were the trainers of various activities such as playing keyboard, guitar, karate, skating, abacus, drawing, craft, western dance etc. Each of the trainers briefly highlighted the importance of their domains.

Also present on the occasion were the directors of various clubs such as Scouting, Guides, Media Club, Art Club, Eco Club and Science Club who presented their plans of activities for the year. The entire programme was coordinated by Anusha.
