Mangaluru: Workshop on Conscientious Living held in Carmel School

Media release

Mangaluru, Jun 23: A workshop on conscientious living was conducted by Sr Lavina Anitha, assistant teacher, St Ann's High School on June 22 for the students of grades 9 and 10. The session was inaugurated by lighting the lamp.

"Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me." Keeping these sentiments in mind the students invoked God's blessings through a prayer song.

The speaker spotlighted on the treasures of life. She dealt with reconnaissance, recollection, and relationship with God, receptivity, reflection and realization. With a right blend of narration, anecdotes, popular quotes and questions for thought, her limpid and gripping style of presentation offered the Students an invitation to make their life meaningful and joyful

Zeena compered the programme. Niharika of grade 10 proposed a vote of thanks.
