Udupi, Jun 23: The Christ School welcomed its new correspondent Fr Romeo Lewis. Students of Class X welcomed the correspondent by showering flowers on him to the dais. Principal Eliza Vaz escorted the correspondent to the dais and offered a bouquet followed by a wishing song by Class X students.
On behalf of the students, school captain Sathwik and vice-captain Nicole Fernandes offered bouquets to the correspondent. Principal Eliza Vaz introduced new correspondent Fr Romeo Lewis to the gathering.
Speaking on the occasion Fr Romeo Lewis said, "When we all respect our elders, teachers, neighbours, parents, and our country the true meaning of education completes in everyone’s life.”
