Hebri: Cattle thieves brandish swords, abduct two cows

Hebri, Jun 24: Cattle thieves brandished knives at the inmates of the house and stole two cows from the cow shed at Balchara Mane of Kabbinale village in the taluk in the wee hours of Thursday June 23.

Dayakar Gowda, owner of the house and Prasad saw a car near the cow shed at around 4 am. When they rushed to the cow shed, they were astonished to see strangers forcefully pulling two cows from their cowshed. When Dayakar and Prasad tried to intervene, the thieves brandished knives at them and threatened to kill them.

The cow thieves not only stole two cows worth Rs 30,000 but also destroyed the cow shed.

A case in this connection is registered in Hebri police station.

    As usual.Ashaming to steal cows from others brandishing swords .Feel now everyone should be given either swords or guns to this disease.No Pardon throw some firearms to them .Taking someones food .and earning.Why should they eat or make money with unlawful methods ?Is it not against Halal ?I am sure who do this belong to one community.God will curse you .

    time for taking up arms and action against cattle thieves. no other way. all cattle rearing people should approach DC and ask for gun licence. Just fire. they give gun licences for estate owners to kill animals. in the same manner provide guns to cow owners.

    @ real Kujuma, BD support..... Even a vocal critic of BD, i don't think these people support these pigs.... Only a certain section can do this... Because u need guts, no mercy, etc... Because becoming a suicide bomber & killing innocent people is not easy baba.... Everyone cant do it...

    i think you have not listened to the videos of people who have lost their cattle to thieves like this...they were saying that approaching police or any organization is of no use as they do not do anything....samajdaar ko ishara kafi hai...it is all hand in glove...you are like kamale kannige ellavu haladi and went from cow theft to suicide bombing...stick to the matter always..
