Beltangady: Anugraha English Medium School holds its investiture ceremony

Beltangady, Jun 25: Investiture ceremony is an important occasion where a school entrusts its upcoming leaders with certain roles and responsibilities. Delegation of responsibility and giving authority to children is important as it teaches them lifelong skills of being powerful and caring the same time.

It was a proud moment for all at Anugraha English Medium School as it held its investiture ceremony on June 24. The newly selected members of the student’s council took the oath of office. Thereafter, they were conferred with badges and sashes by the principal.

The principal Fr Vijay lobo and the correspondent Fr James Dsouza congratulated the team and reminded them that with position comes responsibility towards themselves, their school and peers. They advised them to be role models for their peers and juniors.

The function concluded with the National Anthem.
