Mangaluru, Jul 15: The Public Relations Council of India (PCRI), Mangalore Chapter will be hosting World Public Relation Day on Saturday, July 16 at 5 pm, here at Hotel Ocean Pearl, Mangaluru.
The ‘Theme Logo’ of PRCI 16th Global Communication conclave has been organized at Kolkata on November 11, which would be launched by the PRCI National President Dr T Vinaykumar with the distinguished presence of Vishwavani editor-in-chief Vishweshwar Bhat and other esteemed dignitaries.
At the event, presentation of ‘Zonal PR Awards’ for South Indian Achievers, and ‘State PR Awards’ for state achievers in their respective fields would be held. Vishweshwar Bhat would be the keynote speaker for the event. Chief mentor and chairman emeritus PRCI and YCC M B Jayaram will deliver the presidential address and proceedings of other events would follow.
Vice chancellor Mangalore University P Subramanya Yadapadithaya, vice chancellor Yenapoya University Dr M Vijayakumar, chairman HOD communication studies Bangalore University Dr B K Ravi, national president PRCI Dr T Vinayakumar, chairperson south zone PRCI Dr TS Latha, and national head YCC Chinmayee Praveen will attend the event.
The PRCI is a pan-India Communication Exchange forum with its presence in 38 Indian cities and towns. This premier network connects PR, Media, Commercial and Public Service Advertising, Marcom and others. PRCI marks completion of 3 years since its inception in Mangaluru.
