2 died after An-2 plane crashes in south Russia


Moscow, Jul 16 (IANS): A pilot and a passenger died after an An-2 plane crashed in south Russia's Krasnodar region.

The plane caught a power line pole when landing at a field airfield on Friday night, TASS reported, citing local emergency agency.

Fire and rescue team was sent to the crash site, Xinhua news agency reported quoting Tass.

Rescuers found no fire or destruction on the site.
