Udupi, Jul 19: Femina Miss India World 2022 title winner Sini Shetty also received a grand felicitation in her hometown by Buntara Yane Nadavara Mathr Sangha, Udupi taluk samiti and All Grameena Bunts Sangha, Udupi, in a ceremony organised at Smt Ammanni Ramanna Shetty memorial auditorium here on Tuesday.
Speaking in Tulu after the felicitation, she said, “I am overwhelmed by the warm welcome, love and affection of the community and public. My grandmother is motivated and my parents have given whole hearted support to complete my wishes. Even the Bunts community has been supportive throughout. Dance is my passion and it is a way of communication. It is life for me. Everyone has their own passion. Let's find our passion whether it is singing or any art, that will keep you in the centre and boost your career." She thanked everyone for their support. "My aim is to win the Miss World Crown and prepare for that. I am confident of winning the 'Miss World' title. After that I will get back to Udupi again," she said.
Music director Gurukiran said, "This day is the happiest day. Now Sini Shetty is the pride of India. She proved that ‘nothing is impossible. Many Bunts community actresses from Mangaluru are ruling the glamour world today and getting fame and name as stars . I appreciate her affection towards her mother tongue." He wished her best for her future.

Ajith Kumar advised Sini , “Do not forget the society where you are brought up. Let’s just look around you. There are poor people in society. Help them. Please respond to others' woes. I wish that you will be a brand ambassador for the world’s Bunts community."
