Bangalore, Mar 30: The metro’s Aryabhata cultural organization announced that the ‘Aryabhata Award 2009 – 10’ was being conferred on Mangalorean entrepreneur Lancy Mascarenhas (entrepreneurial and social service) Vidhushi Geetha Saralaya (dance) M Ramesh Krishna Shet (religious social service), Dr H Prabhakar (medicine), M J Rao (journalism and organization), Professor P C M Kunhi (education and entrepreneurship), and K Ravindra Shetty (education).
The awards will be presented to them during a function scheduled to be held at National College grounds here on Sunday April 17, stated the press release issued by Aryabhata cultural organization president Ga Ma Chandrashekar in a press release.
