Mangaluru: Cultural fest at St Ann’s PU College inaugurated

Mangaluru, Aug 2: The inauguration of cultural activities for the year 2022–23 was held on Tuesday, August 2 at the college auditorium.

The programme began with a prayer song by Thasniya. Principal Sr Marilda AC, vice-principal Anil Noronha, cultural in-charge Suman and Jolita along with the cultural ministers Anusha and Mokshitha inaugurated the cultural events by lighting the lamp.

A prelude to different competitions like- dance, singing, elocution, debate, and fancy dress was the highlight of the programme.

The main intention of this programme was to encourage the students to take part in the various intra-college competitions to be held in the year. Principal in her message urged the students to take part in at least one competition and also adviced them that it's not winning but participation, which is important.

The programme was compered by Anusha.
