Beltangady: Felicitation, PTA interface programme held at Anugraha College

Beltangady, Aug 3: “Parents are to be the role models to their children. They must closely watch their children so that their children are on the right track” said Vasanth B Shetty, lecturer in Sacred Heart PU College, Madanthyar. He was addressing the parents and students of Anugraha PUC. He gave a call for the students to brighten their future by imbibing good qualities.

He appreciated the principal for arranging the combined meeting of parents and students. Distinction holders and class toppers were honoured during the programme.

Christian santhis verbalised his feelings on behalf of all the distinction holders. The principal of the college, Fr Vijay Lobo in his introductory speech spoke about the rules and regulations of the college. Fr James DSouza, the correspondent and Antony Fernandes the vice president of PPC spoke during the occasion.

The management committee members Praveen Fernandes and Jecintha Saldanha were present. Geeta Joshi welcomed the gathering, Pranitha B Jain read out the names of distinction holders and Prajwal proposed the vote of thanks. The programme was compered by Arun.
