Puttur: Fake documents produced to buy land, cheating of Rs 19 lac – Bank files complaint

Puttur, Aug 4: A case is filed in city police station against three people of creating fake documents in order to buy immovable property and house and taking loan of Rs 19 lac from private bank in Kabaka.

In the complaint it is accused that Abdul Nazeer, Fauziya and Mohammed Rafiq have submitted fake documents to the bank and obtained loan.

On November 14, 2019, Abdul Nazeer and Fauziya, applied for Rs 19 lac loan to buy immovable property and house. Mohammed Rafiqu was the guarantor. They showed the house built by someone else as theirs and created fake documents and produced to the bank. Personnel of bank believed the documents to be genuine and provided Rs 19 lac loan.

The matter came to light when the accused did not repay the loan. On inquiry, the bank personnel realized that the accused had shown some other plot and building as theirs.

Manager of the bank Shashidhar S filed a complaint in this regard against the accused at the city police station.

    60-40 kiya rahega bank wala bada chalu hai. bank setting private walon ko barosa math karo . Please don't take loan in private bank.

    Bank staff might have got good commission. Some deal between bank staff and borrower God only knows.

    in this case what has happened is that the manager of the bank who definitely is a majority guy took 40% of loan and sanctioned without verifying the documents properly...now when things went wrong filed complaint....so acche dine for 40% nagpur gulams

    Land deals are having the biggest of culprits operating from time immemorial... People abroad for a long time can find others' buildings constructed or plots being made and sold on their pieces of land... These guys have put a nice cap on the bank... No money no land...
