Mangalore: Sandesha Annual Summer Courses Begin on May 2

Mangalore, Apr 9: Sandesha Lalit Kala Academy will organize its annual summer courses with a view to helping students spend their holidays gainfully and learn new skills.

The courses will be held from Monday May 2 to Saturday May 21.  There will be classes in Bharatanatyam, western dance, Indian musical instruments – harmonium, ‘tabla’, violin, western musical instruments – keyboard, drums, and guitar; Carnatic vocal, drawing and painting, art and crafts, spoken English, public speaking and calligraphy.

Keyboard classes will be held from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm.

Spoken English, public speaking, and calligraphy classes will be held from 8.00 am to 9.00 am. 

All other classes will be held from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm. 

Students coming from out of town will be provided board and lodging on prior request.

The last date to register is Monday April 25.
