Nirani celebrates 58th birthday by performing Gau Puja at home

Bengaluru, Aug 18: No fanfare or gala public celebrations for Large and Medium Industries Minister Murugesh R Nirani, who turned 57 on Thursday, on his 58th birthday, which he celebrated in a simple mannet by performing Gau Puja at his native place.

Nirani was born on August 18, 1965 and is the member of the State Assembly representing Bilgi assembly constituency in Bagalkot district.

Nirani’s wife Kamala and grandson Veer Vijay joined the puja.

Local people and farmers witnessed puja.

It may be recalled that Nirani joined the World Tigers Day celebration on July 29 by adopting a two-year-old tigress, Manya, at the Mysore Zoo, in the name of his grandson Veer Vijay Nirani by making a payment of Rs 2 lac.
