Mangaluru: St Agnes Preparatory School holds parent orientation programme

Mangaluru, Aug 19: St Agnes Preparatory School organised parents orientation programme on August 6 at St Agnes CBSE School campus. It was an gathering of energetic parents who took part enthusiastically in the session.

The dignitaries were chief guest Dr Ananth Prabhu G who is a professor in computer engineering cyber security and cyber law. The administrator Sr Edna Furtado AC, the principal Sr Maria Gracilda AC, the co-ordinator Sr Lorna Mary AC and sisters of the congregation were all present for the event.

The programme began with a meaningful prayer song followed by the warm welcome done by Sr Maria Gracilda AC. The tiny tots gave a captivating action dance which enthralled the audience with their wonderful coordination and synchronisation.

The chief guest in his speech highlighted and created awareness in the minds of the parents related to barring the entertainment in different ways by installing ESRB rating google family link. He emphasised on making kids emotionally strong and having strong discipline in every child was made aware to the parents.

The programme was compered by teacher Gulobia. Teacher Shanthi kept forth the overall observation of a teacher and the challenges they face with the little children. Teacher Akshita proposed the vote of thanks showing gratitude to all gathered for their enthusiastic participation.

The parents were also given time to express their concerns and suggestions related to academics, activities and administration. Refreshments were served at the end of the session.

The management congratulated the principal and staff for initiating the wonderful session and wishes good luck for future endeavours. Parents were also congratulated for working hand in hand with the school activities.
