Kundapur: Byndoor MLA Sukumar Shetty roasted on Facebook, case filed

Kundapur, Aug 21: A complaint is registered in CEN police station and DySP of the taluk against people for making derogatory comments against Byndoor MLA Sukumar Shetty.

Allegedly, insulting messages against Sukumar were posted in the account of Amarnath Sriyan. Swarnaraj Shetty, Chintan Devadiga and Karunakara Kharvi wrote derogatory comments on the post. A complaint has been lodged against the trio by the MLA. Police took all the three accused and obtained an undertaking from them that no further nuisance of the same nature will be caused.

Sukumar Shetty had raised a similar complaint in the month of May against Prasad Poojary who used to open Facebook accounts in various names and write derogatory comments on the MLA.
