Data espionage from private company in Bengaluru – Case filed against five of Kundapur origin

Bengaluru, Aug 25: A case in filed in the CEN police station of the city against five people of Kundapur origin accusing them of stealing data of a private company.

The accused are Harshavardhan Shetty, Arun Shetty, Ranjith Shetty, Sachin Shetty and Nitin Shetty, all natives of Kundapur taluk.

The accused people were recruited to manage the system of Belong Here LLP which provides data base service at Mullikatte of Hosadu village and has its central office in the city. All the five had quit the company giving various reasons. Later it came to light that they have stolen valuable data of the company through market research.

CEN police are investigating further.
