Mangaluru, Aug 25: The foundation stone for Lotus Aaradhya, a unique residential-cum-commercial project of Lotus Properties was laid at Alake here on Thursday August 25.
Addressing the gathering, MLA Vedavyas Kamath said, “Jithendra S Kottary and Sampath Kumar Shetty are launching a new project in a prime location of the city. This is the 11th project of the Lotus Properties. In a short span of time, they have completed many residential and commercial projects. The buildings constructed by Lotus Properties are of good quality.
“All their projects are unique and they do not compromise in the quality of construction. In the coming days, Aaradhya will be a landmark in the city. They have completed many of their projects in time and I am sure, Aaradhya will be also successfully completed in time. Jithendra and Sampath both have good experience in the field of construction and marketing.
“Mangaluru will be a model city in the year 2025. The state government led by BJP has sanctioned Rs 3,500 crore for various developmental works in Mangaluru south constituency, “he said stressing that the completion of several works in the city got delayed due to the pandemic and monsoon.
“In the future, several parks, circles, and other developmental projects will start in the city,” he said.
MP and BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel said, "Let this project be completed very soon. Lotus Properties is connected to me with its symbol. Both the partners are connected to me with the ideology. The Lotus is present in the country. It is a symbol that Lotus is growing in the country."
He also wished that the projects of Lotus Properties grow across the country.
Mayor Premananda Shetty said, "Lotus Properties through their various projects in the city have increased the beauty of the city in prominent places. Lotus Properties in their construction have always shown uniqueness."
Dakshina Parantha Sangh Chalak of RSS, Dr PV Shenoy said, "The partners of Lotus Properties are the finest epitome of sincerity and dedication. Any work done with sincerity and dedication is also patriotism. Hence, the project will be completed successfully with their hard work."
Kudroli Shree Gokarnanatheshwara Temple president H S Sai Ram, and corporator Jayashri Kuduva also spoke on the occasion.
