Kundapur: Shiksha Prabha Academy organizes saplings distribution programme

Kundapur, Aug 25: "Our aim should be very deep during our student life and have big dreams. In that way, our efforts and struggles should be there, only then we can achieve any goal, soon. Today, if I am selected as assistant forest officer, though I come from a common family background, any student coming from a poor family can achieve like me," said Hastha Shetty, forest officer, sub division, Kundapur.

She addressed the occasion after inauguration of the saplings distribution programme to students, jointly organized by Shiksha Prabha Academy of Commerce education institution and Lions Club, Thallur, held at the auditorium of Shiksha Prabha academy, near Kundeshwar temple, Kundapur here.

Prathapchandra Shetty, founder, Shiksha Prabha institution in delivering keynote address, said that, protection of earth and water is our responsibility.

T Narayan Shetty, treasurer, Lions club Thallur, said, 'Hastha Shetty is the inspiration for today's students'.

Bharath Shetty, speaking on the occasion said, 'It is better for students to learn from Hastha Shetty who is among us than to learn from someone else.

B Gopal Shetty, president, Lions Club Thallur was present at the programme.

More than 150 fruits' saplings were distributed to CA/CS students.

CA/CS students of Shiksha Prabha academy and members of Lions club Thallur were present.

Ankitha V Shetty, compered the programme and proposed vote of thanks.
