Kasargod: Forest officials arrest four persons for hunting down wild boar

Kasargod, Aug 25: Forest department personnel have arrested four persons  for hunting down a wild boar. They are identified as Rajaura resident Tamban (58), Mahesh (45), Mithun (26) and Vipin (28).

The officials who received information that a wild boar was being slaughtered at Rajapura, Ayot, conducted an on the spot raid. The accused have reportedly confessed to the crime and said that they hunted the animal at Uppala vicinity.

    What the law says, about wild bore killing??? why you get the gun licence in agriculture land or estates ? what the caption incident is a crime?? can anybody explain . Note it should not be political or religious. need of the hour is as per constitution law.

    Wah wah ... Pure deshbhakths and the nationalist group..... Boar believed to be one of the avatars of the Hindu god Vishnu and I don't think 'totte sanghas' will urge for stringent action against them

    This is the tragedy of our laws and systems.....you loot thousands of crores from PSU banks & run away to Kailasa and take bribes in lakhs/cores in public services, offices...no issues ...but just kill a wild boar, quickly get arrested.....?????

    Chandu karla ,how you know it was only one ?How many others they have already hunted ,they never told.Including other wild animals which stay under wild life protection ?Reh ,etc.No wonder leopards come to human vacanity ,that again is also not good ?
