Media Release

Mangaluru, Aug 28: St Aloysius Gonzaga School organised an investiture ceremony of Bunny Movement 2022-23 for the kindergartners, on August 26.

The chief guest, Anil Kumar J, treasurer and assistant district commissioner, Bharath Scouts and Guides, inaugurated the Bunny Unit by lighting the lamp and advised the tiny tots to be kind and always keep smiling like the motto of the Bunny Movement.

Principal Fr Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ lovingly spoke to children and told them to be as active as bunnies, love God, love nature and participate in all the creative activities under the Bunny Movement. The Kindergarteners received the Bunny aprons from the Chief Guest and took an oath, “I shall try to be a good child” which was administered by the principal. The smart bunnies performed a rhythmic mass drill, led by the physical education teacher, Agnes Saldanha.

Veronica D'Souza explained the significance of the day. Anitha D'Souza propsed a vote of thanks. The programme was compered by Mishal Carel Crasta.
