Mangaluru: INCECT-22, virtual international conference held at Srinivas University

Mangaluru, Aug 28: The Institute of Management and Commerce, Srinivas University organized a one-day virtual International Conference on the theme “EMBRACING CHANGES AND TRANSFORMATION IN MANAGEMENT, IT, SOCIAL SCIENCES AND EDUCATION (INCECT)" on August 27.

The online formal inauguration of the conference commenced at 10:00 AM (IST) on August 27 at the Institute of Management & Commerce, City Campus, Pandeshwar here.

The inaugural ceremony was convened under the patronage of Dr CA A Raghavendra Rao, chancellor, Srinivas University & president, A Shama Rao Foundation and Dr A Srinivas Rao, pro-chancellor, Srinivas University and pro- chancellor, Vijayalaxmi R Rao, member, Board of Governors, Srinivas University, Prof Mitra S Rao, member, Board of Governors, Srinivas University.

Prof Dr P S Aithal, vice chancellor, in his presidential remarks spoke on the advent of technology and how it has revolutionized the way of thinking. Chief Guest and Inaugurator Dr. Habeeb Ur Rahiman, Professor and Coordinator Staff Development Unit, College of Business Administration Kingdom University, Bahrain explained the concept of change and the role of technology in transformation. Prof Keerthan Raj, Dean, IMC welcomed the gathering. Dr. Shailashri V.T. Convenor, INCECT introduced the international conference.

Dr Abhishek N, co-convenor, INCECT proposed a vote of thanks. The conference featured keynote speeches by prominent speakers in the areas of the conference theme.

Dr Anjay Kumar Mishra, associate professor and research director, Madan Bhandari Memorial Academy, Nepal Joint Constituent College of Pokhara University.

Prof B S Navi, registrar, Karnataka State Akkamahadevi Women's University, Vijaypura. This was followed by paper presentations in three parallel sessions.

INCECT-22 international conference has received an overwhelming response from academicians’ industrialists, research scholars, teaching fraternity. The presented papers shall be published in the conference proceedings as well as in international journals after the review.
