Mangaluru, Aug 29: Preparations to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi are in full swing across the city.

Mangaluru is resonating with Ganesh festival celebration. August 30 will be Gauri Pooja and August 31 is Ganesha Chaturthi. The sculptors of Ganesha idols are busy giving final touches all over the city. Sugarcane also has arrived in plenty in city and brisk sale of the same is on.

Devotees are all set to gather, install idols and offer Puja at their homes and in public places, in and around the city.
