I just cannot imagine so much preparation for a political leader who calls himself “chowkidar, fakeer and Pradhan sevak” Being the most popular, most loved and worshipped PM of the country why is he so much afraid of his own people?

Such elaborate preparations and protections for PM Modi’s visit! Why? When I was young, India was still under the British rule and district collector, superintendent of police, and governor etc. we’re all British. They were treated like royalty. Roads were swept, school children were asked to come in best dresses they could afford, potholes were filled and it was expected that everyone show RESPECT to them. Now India is a republic and should we reduce the Status of Prime Minister to that of Viceroy or a King? It seems , in India, some politicians have lost touch with the spirit of democracy and common man!

Idk why people are getting is angry? All this is not because Modi is coming but because THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA is coming. Tomorrow if Rahul Gandhi or Sonia Gandhi comes the same rules will be applied because these rules are fixed by the prime ministers security forces not someone Bjp has hired. Stop being so illogical just because you support another political party. Tomorrow when raga comes all will welcome him open heartedly even if it's a 20km block. This is the hypocrisy we have today

It is not the question if it is Modi or Raga or Sonia who is PM & coming. The question is why spend so much of tax payers' money on these chowkidars who are supposed to serve the interests of tax payers? Why is so much tax payers' money wasted on providing such protocal? Abroad, in western contries this tamasha is not under taken. One of the countries PM even rides to his office on a bicycle with no bandobast. In Mangalore which actual chowkidar gets such protocal?
