K'god: Sacred Heart Church, Vorkady Celebrate Palm Sunday with Devotion

Kasargod, Apr 18: The faithful of Sacred Heart Church, Vorkady here gatherd in great number to celebrate the Palm Sunday on April 17. 

The believers gathered in front of the church main gate. Fr Dennis Suvaris the parish priest prayed and blessed the palm fronds.

Therafter all proceeded to the church in a procession with palm fronds in the hands. Fr Dennis offered mass and the deacon Wilson preached the homily.

The congregation participated in the liturgy devotionally thus signalling the beginning of the Holy Week.
